Hugo Manuel has been releasing music under the name Chad Valley since 2010 . A longtime signee of the influential Cascine Records, Manuel will release his third full-length album in May 2018, following his sophomore album, Entirely New Blue which saw him traverse the world many times over touring his impressive and mesmerising one-man show.Â
Young Hunger, Chad Valley's first full-length album came fully formed in 2012 with an a-list of collaborations from Twin Shadow, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Glasser and caught the attention of Pitchfork, Fader and other mainstream indie media. Hot on the heels on this release came the blockbuster movie Warm Bodieswhich featured his song Shell Suite and cemented Chad as a enduring favourite and not just a chillwave flash-in-the-pan.
